We Are Thrilled to Announce the SEVHAGE Literary Prizes 2024 Shortlist!
The journey to this moment has been both exhilarating and incredibly challenging. With an overwhelming number of exceptional entries received across the various categories, the task of narrowing them down to a longlist and a shortlist has been tough. The difference between the entries that made the longlist, and some that did not make it to the shortlist has been in some cases, a small fraction. It bears emphasising that a good number of the entries not reflected on the list are by no means lacking in quality but were edged out in a highly competitive selection process.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to every writer who submitted their work, as well as to our panel of dedicated judges who worked tirelessly to ensure a fair and thorough evaluation process. Without further ado, we present the list, in alphabetical order of their titles in each category:
