SEVHAGE Publishers and SEVHAGE Literary and Development Initiative calls for submission of poems, creative nonfiction/memoirs, and reviews in honour of Dr. Maria Ajima (teacher, writer, mentor and public servant) from every part of the world.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. The poems or creative nonfictions must be in celebration of Maria Ajima, while essays can be reviews of her writings. Only poems, creative nonfiction (in form of a memoir of the writer’s encounter with Dr. Maria Ajima) and essays are acceptable for this anthology.
2. Fiction is unacceptable.
3. Entrants may submit up to three (3) poems, and prose of not more than 2,500 words, written specifically for this anthology.
4. All submissions must be sent to sevhagedevt@gmail.com as an attachment. The name of the writer and a short bio of not more than five hundred words should be on the first page of the document.
5. The subject of the email should read “Submission for Maria Ajima Anthology” and the contact details of the entrants, which includes, phone number, state/country of residence should be written in the body of the email.
